I bought a box of those by mistake a couple of years ago, never used them.

Standard 8 x 11 Ultra Pro Sleeves for magazines.

I think there is a 100 or so in the box, if you want it I can give you a deal (but shipping alone will be pricy)

Go to Staples they have them.

I dont know how effective they would be but they have the report covers at Wal Mart you may be able to use... I have a few magazines in them at work but they arent really for collecting... Just articles that relate to my field but they seem to keep stuff organized and are pretty durable
