    Panini really ticking me off..

I've had a Kobe Auto redemption filed since mid-January and have even asked for a follow up but no response. Also have a low-end redemption waiting since mid-january. Is there any way to start a class action lawsuit against theses not only for their shoddy customer service and unbelievable amount of patches, autos, and redemption's, but also for their exclusive rights to the NBA? Upper Deck needs to come in and show them who is/always been the boss.

It's just wrong! Upper Deck will respond to you same-day, and even honor expired redemptions. Panini on the other hand who should be raking in all the dough has the nerve to have employees blogging every day but noone taking actual care of their customers. It's just sickening.

I don't know why they even have the option for follow ups and responses...completely pointless.

It's funny how nostalgia works. UD BLEW with redemptions. I'm talking years behind on some stuff. They never responded on time in my dealings with them. It got so bad that people had to drop names of who exactly to ask for to get stuff done. Doesn't make Panini any better but I lol'ed at the pining for that treatment....

I do feel for you on the Kobe redemption though. They are on-card but it's not like he's not signing at all.

This is exactly why there should NEVER be any exclusive contracts within the sports card industry.

I think Panini has two customer service/redemptions reps. They do both online and phone calls. I'm not expecting my redemption for awhile.
