Off a hunch i will say that came from a promo pack/cereal or magazine, Does the card have any info on the back or can you post a clear pic of the back it might help out a little.
Collecting All Current Las Vegas Raiders, Carmelo Anthony, Ken Griffey Jr, Bo Jackson, Frank Thomas.
plus many more, Also any Legend or HOF raider players as well.
Just getting back into the Hobby so not much tradebait but have some stuff just let me know what your looking for and i will see what i have, No trade List Available yet but i am working on one.

on the back it lists his stats up til 96-97, on bottom it reads sports weekly promo #23 full court press 1998
