Good News about Fleer
Well guys this is just to let you know, that Fleer is sending out the redemptions. Today I received a box from Fleer. 2 weeks before they went belly up I sent in 4 redemptions that I had, 2 Tom Brady autos, Bill Belechik auto and a Brett Favre. Well when I opened the box up all 4 cards were in the box, also sent me a box of 2004 Fleer showcase and also sent me 3 Brady game used and also a 2002 Fleer Brady auto #12/25. I was so happy when I opened this package. I am keeping all of the cards I received. Just posting this to let everyone know not to give up, as the letter that was in the package explained that they are going to fill all redemptions and are adding extras to make eveyone happy.

Congrats Alex,
Slowly but surely people have been seeing cards come in.. It has been very spurattic though and hard to determine how things are being worked.

Wow!! Nice additions/make-up package from Fleer you got there. I'm hoping I had some redemptions into Fleer that I forgot about....
Does anyone think that the price on hobby packs will go back up on products like E-X and other high end Fleer products?? I noticed the price dropped somewhat signifigantly as of late. Or are these redemptions that are being filled/make-ups only to people who had redemptions in before they went out of biz??

RayLew: I would think Fleer boxes will stay cheap. Look at the "official word" from Fleer on redemptions (ie. you're not supposed to send them in). There's a link in this thread:

Who knows what is going on at Fleer. You can't even go to their website any more. I actually took a chance on them by sending in a bunch of NPNs before they announced the closing. I was hoping they need to dump product.
