I have 3 of the cup but I would not pay anywhere close to those prices for his cards. I picked mine up for $35, $96 $132. Really really wish I had picked up more before he got hot.
As for his demand, the Leafs have been starved for a top prospect rookie. There are a lot of hopes he will continue to succeed and we can finally have a top tier goalie. There have been very few feel good stories coming out of Toronto but Reimer is certainly one of them. He has skill, a great work ethic and an incredible attitude.
I was thinking the price of his card would dip a bit during the off season, the only thing I can think of is his addition to the Team Canada team. He is getting more exposure and proving he can play to a larger audience. Wish him all the best and hope his card continues to rise =) P.S. I am not a hoarder but I do want more.... wait does that make me a hoarder? Lol

The first step is admitting you have a problem.

I myself have 5 . Had 6 sold 1 and had another not show up in a deal.
Bought them in hopes of either trade here or at card shows for my wants. Also will sell but only in Canada.
Wasn't able to get to the expo so still have them. Maybe next year I will get there.

Wow, that's a lot of Reimers! It's a good investment I suppose. Not sure what he bought them at but I am sure it was a lot less then $200. So far he has 4 offers none sold. Will be interesting to see if they move at that price

BTW, the link in my post has a different winner than most of the recent Reimer wins. However, based on recent sales/offers, there IS a hoarder, and there was also another hoarder(the one in my post).

Wonder what a Cup plate would go for. I prefer RC's myself, have a plate. Think they are of equal value?

The guy with the 26 Reimers listing was ended on May 1 along with his /34 listing so they won't be moving on this listing.
Or maybe they moved in a deal off the bay

Moving off of ebay is a likely probability. When I sell to folks I usually let them know after their initial purchase that if they would like anything else I would rather give them a better deal than line Ebay's pockets.
