    It is not good at all. I purchased 20 retail boxes a couple years ago and only got base and stickers in them.

    Hobby boxes are pretty much gone for 98/99 WCW, the only ones that will crop up are unearthed boxes from stores closing down or mabe a massive collection liquidation etc.
