    I think you wouldn't be so ™™™™™™ if the card is in good condition regardless his shipping cost. But in this case, I would just fire negative way away. No reason for not putting in penny sleeves and toploader (this is basic knowledge).

    sellers like that shouldn't even be allowed to sell on ebay. whatever happens, leave him negative! anyone who has ever collected cards at all, knows to ship them at least in a top loader. I always put a decoy on either side of the top loader inside the team bag for added protection against bends.

    i have stated before mate, that im not bothered about the fact he shipped in a PWE as it saves him money ... but im annoyed at the lack of protection of the card
