as i undersatnd it UDECKCOLL is it is every hour you get to guess ,not a hour after you last guessed , I could be wrong but thats how I read it in the rules

No that is not correct, You can only guess exactly 1 hour after your last guess, Not every new hour 4:30 then again at 5:00.

2011 NBA Playoff Guess the Serial Number Contest is Here "A Little Late But Here", This will run until the Ending of the Conference Finals (East/West).

Rules:
Very Simple, Guess the Right Serial Number of the card, There will be only 1 Guess Per Member Per Hour.

If there are no correct answer's within 24hours of the start of the first listing then the member closest to the right serial number without going over will get 1 point.

Absolutely no editing of your post once its made, Any one editing there own post or double posting will be automatically disqualified from that round but will be eligible for the next round of guessing.

I will pass threw periodically and post if the right answer has been made or keep it coming, Once the first round has been correctly answered, i will edit this post with the next round (Exam: Round 2) etc.

If i thought you were cheating i would have easily disqualified you a long time ago.....I guess it was my fault no fully clarifying the guess per hour rule which is why it was changed in this round and will be for the remaining rounds to come, So no need to worry unless you do it now before an hour...
