Check Michaels. They have regular sales on custom framing jobs.

if you're handy at all plus have chisels / dremel, just pick up some wood scraps from a home depot or something (decent wood though) and carve out to the best you can a little frame (my plan when my galiardi G gets here)...
only issue is getting a piece of glass, but i think there are some places that could cut it, maybe even an actual framing place or carpentry place as long as you have proper measurements - or buy glass cutters and try it yourself (also what i might try)

sorry for the bad picture...i have it for a French Connection signed cards...work wonders for full lines...you would naturally have ti rig it somehow to fit 5...but its an idea

I've heard those card frames kill your cards if they are a certain thickness?!
I'd go for a nice hockey stick frame.

if it were me....
id get either an old MTL jersey,
get his large jersey style numbers,
and make something that looks like a
jersey nameplate & back of a jersey.
that way its a bit bigger & would look
better on the wall.
but thats what I would do with something like that.
