I'll admit, Topps' customer service is horrible! Has anyone ever talked to them on the phone? It sounds like you are the ones annoying them.
It is sad with redemptions period, I believe if someone cannot sign for a product, don't put a redemption for them. Plus they need to stop selling older products with expired redemptions if they cannot be honored or replaced. Bummer on the Jason Heyward patch, but I would be stoked just have a Heyward auto.

Wow. This really helps me in my decision in not buying boxes. I am going to stick to purchasing singles and trading.

i have talked with topps on the phone it was only about a missing code tho and they gave me a new one
