paypal screwjob
hey guys... just a friendly reminder to use DC whenever selling something through paypal.. sent a package out two weeks ago to a guy and on the day i figured he got it i got an email saying he never did... filed with paypal and BAM... got his money back... needless to say i am positive he got it and he has done it to other people i later found out

mitch thanks for the heads up.....theree are alot of ppl out there that are scamming honest sellers. i just feel bad for the ppl that lose their cards and their money due to ppl like this.

You really should say his name. If you keep being nice and keeping his name private he can just continue to scam people.

Yea I dont understand why people want to conseal names of jerks... If they screwed you they should be known to all!

in this case there is no way to be 100% sure he didnt get it... although there have only been a couple packages i believe actually did get lost in the hundreds of transactions i have done... i guess it just seems shady that one package i sent without DC was the one that got lost

I would have said that i'm not responsible for items lost/stolen/damaged in the mail unless they're insured.

yeah Tutall is exactly right. People can put statements about "not responsible" etc if that makes them feel better, but they are still responsible. If a customer goes to paypal and says item never arrived, then its on you to prove it via Delivery Confirmation # or that the customer left positive feedback on the transaction. I know, i have experienced this.
Always use delivery confirmation..........and never leave feedback on an item you purchase until its in your hands. (some people leave feedback right away........i have no idea why).
