Actually I think you are getting charged a fee on Gift payments if you aren't directly linked up to a checking account or paying with a PayPal balance.
There's still a chance somebody could be paying extra fees twice even with the Gift payment option. For example: If my CC is linked to my PayPal it charges a fee no matter what.

well seems like option 1 is the most viable, we'll go with that. Looking at the bv $6686 I will have to ship via UPS or send 2 seperate packages to beckett via USPS in order to have the the proper insurance.
What I will do is this:
Invoices will go out tomorrow. I will send my address in that PM and you'll have an approximate cost. I'll collect the cards and once I get them all in I will box them up and go over to the UPS hub at my local hardware store and get a quote on how much it would cost and compare it to what it would cost via 2 packages via USPS. Once I do that I will add in the cost per member for shipping to BGS then collect payments.

There are times that I really hate beckett. They don't have all their information on submissions in the same place on their site. I assumed that since I didn't see anything on insurance that they automatically factored that into their shipping price, well that is not the case. If you all want the package insured coming from BGS to myself it's an additional $56 on top of the $32 for shipping. Based on the majority wanting return insurance back on shipping I would assume so but I just wanted to post this here for everyone.
Thoughts?

my opinon is, it should be all or nothing. Partial insurance is no insurance. I'm for all.

Ok folks, we had someone take out 3 cards from their submission, 2 of the cards were of a high bv so now we are under the $5000 max allowed for USPS insurance. So where it is a shame that I won't get to see 2 beautiful cards it makes it a little easier as now I will ship to BGS via USPS with insurance and can give everyone an exact total due.
Here is the info on the submission:
74 cards total
Shipping to BGS is:
Med Flat Rate Box $10.95
Insurance for $4500 is $48.85
Total to ship to BGS $5980 / 15 members is $3.99 per member
To all that I sent an invoice to please disregard that first one, the one coming out now or later tonight is the one to follow.
