    Question about a Hoop

    I am putting a hoop up at my house and can't decide if I want a garage mounted or a portable "stand alone" type of hoop. I am looking to spend $200 or so, not the $1,000+ really nice ones. Anyone had any experiences with either?
    I'm leaning toward garage mounted b/c the standalone ones I have seen just seem flimsy - am I right on that?

    Yeah, go with the garage mounted hoop. I had three standalone ones growing up and ended up breaking them all.
