I tried that method... twice.
The first time I was hung up on "while they go and find out" and the next time I spent so long on hold I just hung up.

But not buying panini anymore at all...

After about 2 hours of trying, I finally manged to get someone to replace my redemption. Panini seems like a sub-par company. Also, I have to wait 6-8 weeks to get my replacement after already waiting 4 months for them to make the original.

No secret numbers here. But since I work in the DFW Metroplex, calling from the office and letting the call sit on hold isn't a big deal. I was dumped to VM on the first call after three "busy" announcements, then on the second call it was picked up. Definitely not thrilled that I had to call to get cards that have been live for weeks sent out.
On an somewhat related note, I did have a very positive experience with their CS when I requested a Favre AU/Jersey /10 replacement due to bad chipping/fold on the one corner. That was handled within about 6 weeks time, which is perfectly acceptable to me.

I'm amazed there are so many of us this frustrated with Panini.
This is the easiest "situation" for them to fix, and yet you can't even get a post from the rep on the subject. (even if it was just to blow smoke up our butts)
Hey Al.... hire me and I'll fix your horrible PR and CS inside of a year.

I actually got a hold of someone at Panini on the phone today.
When I asked about cards I have been seeing live for months yet not shipped to me yet she said "I don't know who is getting what or when they are getting it". I asked if it was possible that some were in packs and some were redemptions and she said "I have no way of knowing that"
Then she asked me if I wanted to get replacement cards for 3 cards that have gone past the 4 month mark (6 months actually) I explained that IMO there wouldn't be a card close in value for the Taylor Hall patch auto's since he was the 1st overall pick and she said "I guess I'd just wait for that one then huh?"..... then she hung up.
So if your still reading, I was told absolutely nothing for 16 emails (never answered) , 4 voice messages (never answered) and one actual live person.
Yay.... money well spent !!!!!
