NHL Awards: worth going or betta from home?
So the NHL awards are in Las Vegas in late June 2011.
Just wondering did any of the SCF faithful went last yr or
if you are planning of going or not.
Just throwing this out there to get some feedback.

Did not go nor will I go as I prefer attending the NHL draft. Only have so many vacation days lol.

Haha yea, Im just found out I have 3 days off and it lines up w/ the awards.
Ive personally never watched them on TV, just read bits and pieces from
sports stations. I think Id be betta off finding a mutliday music festival
to betta make use of the time, who knows ATM though.

I went once..... long time ago.... it was in Toronto, and Yashin was a Hart Trophy nominee.
It was an okay night - but I didn't think it was anything too spectacular. They've changed it up so much since then (with the Vegas thing) so my comments probably aren't worth a whole lot :)
