Please report this eBay scammer!!!

I got sold a fake Peyton Manning Contenders a couple of weeks ago. Auction is here:

I had the seller send me scans before the auction ended and everything looked fine, then got the card in hand and it was a bad photocopy reproduction with no silver foil on the front, etc.

Sent it back to him, but in the meantime he sold it to at least 3 other people that I know of via second chance offer. Even worse, the money is being held by eBay now for up to 3 more weeks. ARGHHHH!!!

Anyway, he has now taken it out of the case and had someone else he knows list the exact same card:

Please, please take 1 minute to report the above item as a counterfeit to eBay so they will delist it. They only pay any attention if enough people report it. Thanks!

Yeah that sucks I just encountered a similar experience on there. I bided on a mini and I would have clearly won it but the guy was shill bidding. I looked at the bidding history and this guy bids like five time to my 1 set price. I think he was hoping that I bidded high in desparation, and then today I see that he relisted the item with a buy it now price. So I feel your pain, I will report it too because these clowns need to be stopped.
