Marquette/Pitt? Is that correct? I(meaning me) being from Wisconsin, Will always pull for the UW (go Big Red). But... Being not that far from Milwaukee... Will have to pull for Marquette.
Sorry Iggy.... Wanna wager? If Pitt wins ; I'll pull for them the rest of the tourney, and back you up on any confrontations about Pitt you have. If Marquette wins you have to pull for Marquette the rest of the Tourney?

Hmmm, tempting, but if Pitt should fall, I then root harder for the Big East teams. I hate them during the regular season, but love them all (unless they're playing Pitt) in the post season!

Same here on the Big East.
Is Viriginia Tech in the Big East, they're terrible. :)

Because of football, I am unable to root for them in basketball... but I don't imagine having any chances of rooting for them anytime soon.

Just thought I'd bring this ole' topic back up. Looks like they have a shot at beating the venerable Kentucky Wildcats. We can only hope :)
