edit) I have two cards right up your alley i think... 1989 hoops and 1990 fleer Jordan allstar cards. Both are nm-mt and closer to the mint side. the 1990-91 fleer card books for $12. and the smr gem mint is $400.

I believe the set from 99 is 1999 Upper Deck Century Legends MJ's Most Memorable Shots. I found that set on beckett.com OPG to match the set I have. I had never looked up the price before, however, and since each card books at 10, then that set books at 60. The other set is 1998 Upper Deck Michael Jordan Gatorade. Each card in this set books at 3 so the set books at 36. If I am right on the first set which I think I am, then total BV on my two sets is $96. I could get this to you for $25 delivered. If you only have the $15 to spend, then make me some kind of offer involving a trade, thanks.
