    Panini Quality Assurance Question

Has anyone ever busted open box that didnt deliver on any inserts/patches/autos from what you opened from one of their brands?

If so did you make a claim with Panini QA and what was the result? I just opened a box of 2010-11 Classics and all I got was base cards.

Was the box a hobby or retail box? Where did you buy it at?

If a hobby box and you are missing hits, I have found Panini would work with the collector to replace the hits. You need to file a claim through their website and you will get a claim number. You will need to send the UPC code, receipt to them.

It takes awhile but I missed some hits and they took care of me.
