Topps promo cards
I have the following Topps promo cards available for sale. The cards are sent to Topps direct dealers as a preview for that particular brand that was going to be released. The cards are typically numbered with PP and a number that identifies it as a promotional card. I also have a few basketball and football promo cards available as well.
