SCF at In the Game Land at the Spring Expo

Recently, some SCF staffers went to the Spring Sport Card Expo in Toronto. There was much fun to be had and we'd love to hear about all of your stories for everyone who went.

While we were there a few of the hockey staff came across ITG's 'In The Game Land' where we were treated very nicely.

The video showcases Angie from Distribution, with her excellent customer service (she put all the hits in sleeves while we busted packs furiously) and Stefanie from reception. Not shown was the interesting "Deal or No Deal" contest where you could win up to a box of Ultimate 10, or the great 1-on1 time you could get talking with Dr. Price. You could even meet the talented Paul Madden and watch him create his art (Paul Madden is responsible for the entire base set of Enshrined and his art is showcased in many other ITG sets, for example, the very popular BTP net brawlers).

In the centre of ITG land was an incredible selection of vintage memorabilia. We took a brief video narrated by 30ranfordfan. Be sure to check it out.




As our day of breaking and redeeming was wrapping up, ITG was so impressed with SCF that they left us with some parting gifts to give away to those who couldn't make it to the Expo.

First off is not one, but TWO Lemieux bobble heads. Both come in box, but we took one out to get you a better photo. We also got 2 packs of 04-05 ITG Canadian Franchises and 7 packs of 04-05 USA West Franchises.
