Bowman 2011 Blaster Box missing wrapper.
At Target yesterday and today they had 2 Bowman 2011 blaster boxes, 19.99 each, and the only 2. Problem was they were both missing the clear wrapper on the outside. You could open the top up and see the 8 packs, and all the packs were sealed and did not look like they had been tampered with.
My question is, would you have bought this, have you seen this happen before? Should I have said something to the store manager? Would they have cared?
They had no other Bowman 2011. Single packs sold out, rack packs gone.
I ended up getting the Gypsy Blaster only blaster I have seen.

I wouldn't have touched them. I bought a Bowman Platinum retail box that was unwrapped partially. The packs in it at first glance looked fine. I didn't pull a single refracor or even star base or prospect in that box. Once I had gotten to the 6th pack, I realized someone must have opened the box, searched the packs, resealed the the packs some how with glue, and returned it to the Wally World where I bought it. Almost every pack was missing one or two cards and couple packs were still open at the top because the glue did not hold. Overall, I was shorted over 15 cards in that box.

I had a buddy of mine buy a blaster last year from Dicks and it was missing the plastic. He took it to customer service and was able to get it for 8 bucks, ended up pulling a Stras Chrome.
