    Hey so I know there is a beckett guide but is there a different way of finding out a value of a card other than beckett?

    E-bay completed listings seaches are a much more accurate tool

    It depends on what you are trying to compare.

    If you want to compare newly released items, then eBay is more accurate. If you want to compare cards that are relatively older, say, 04-05 and earlier, then Beckett tends to be pretty accurate, for the most part (but not infallible).

    For that messy range in between, a combination of Beckett and eBay and advice and paying attention is your best shot.

    Don't forget that there are (and were) other guide on the market. Tuff stuff, Charlton, and SCF is trying to get its own OPG off the ground too.

    Beckett is a good guide for trading... if you're looking for what someone may pay for a card then ebay would be your best bet.
