Anyone else having issues with Panini?

So, I have been doing Paninin Redemptions and NPNs since they took over all of the basketball production from UD and Topps. I have had good success with the NPN's and the cards would always arrive within a couple days of being marked as shipped. The redemptions weren't terrible as far as wait time either. Within the last few months, the NPN's stopped and then have since restarted. I was recieveing them ok but now there are 3 or 4 that were marked as shipped over a week ago and I still have not recieved. I realize that these are "just free cards" and I may be being impatient, but hold on to that thought.

More importantly then the NPN frustration, is my redemption issues. I have 3 redemptions that are ranging from 7-9 months. I tried contacting them on there online system to see what the status was, no response. I sent a request online to have replacements because I was tired of waiting for cards I didn't care much about. Again, no response. I tried calling about a month ago and surprisingly got some one real fast. She was friendly and said that she would put in the system that I was requesting replacements and that these should go out soon. I still have not recieved anything and have since sent 2 more requests online with no reply. I also have tried calling multiple times and it is an automated system now that goes to voice mail within a couple minutes. I have left voice mails and no response.

I guess, my whole purpose of this diatribe, other than to vent, is to ask if anyone else is having similar issues or if anyone knows how to get ahold of these people. When I talked to the girl a month ago she indicated that they were short handed in the customer service department, so I am trying to have some patience. That being said, I would assume that a company in a service industry would do a better job of providing customer service. Any help or useful suggestions would be appreciated.

    So, I am a twitter ™™™™™™...lol.

I signed up for an account and I saw where I can follow him. When I try to send a message, it tells me that I can't send a message to someone who isn't following me. Do I request that somehow or what would my next step be. I appreciate your help.
