    Help buying 90s boxes, please.

I'm interested in picking up some mid-to-late 90s boxes (96-99 mostly), and would like some help on where to start.

My first question is which boxes to buy. I am looking for boxes that offer the best inserts for under $100/box. I prefer refractors, holograms, colorful/creative inserts, etc. Basically the best-looking inserts. Not a fan of the run-of-the-mill blah inserts or parallels where all they changed was the foil on the lettering or color of the background. I don't really care about a chance at an auto or GU as I'm primarily after inserts.

My second question is where to buy those boxes. DA has a limited number of solid 90s boxes, and that's pretty much it for the major players. I'm always a little leery of buying boxes on eBay, and the prices on Amazon are, for the most part, ridiculous. I'm looking for a cheap and reputable source to purchase from.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Ebay is your best chance at cheap boxes. Why are you leery of it? Over the last few months I've pulled some pretty sweet stuff from 90's boxes like a Kobe/Joe Smith Cosigners Auto, Eddie Jones Topps Certified Auto, Shaq triumvirate, and other inserts from boxes that I've gotten from ebay.
