Double RC????

Well was looking on Ebay and i noticed that Canucks prospect Guillaume Desbiens has RC's from 2 Seperate years. Oddly enough there both UD.

I'd say the 09-10 UD Young Guns is his true RC. The others may have him identified as a "rookie", but they should not be rookie cards. Wierd in that all three were produced by UD. You'd think they would have picked up on that.

This reminds of the RC debacle in the 90's. UD began featuring players in World Juniors. These WJ cards became the official RC. Other sets featured the players first NHL card and they were listed as "FTC" (first topps card), or FSC (first score card) and were not considered true RC even though the card said "Top Prospect" or "Rookie".

Example:
Pavel Bure's RC is the 90-91 Young Guns card. Yet the 91-92 UD says "Rookie Report" and the 91-92 Pinnacle says "Rookie", also.
To show how confusing this can be, all three of these cards are being sold by the same dealer on ebay and all three are listed as RCs.

Yeah. UD goofed a few times on their checklists this year. Forget the player - but one guy on the Ducks had a YG in both Series 1 & 2.
