ok so there is this guy in my city that has 4 cards i want posted up on ebay.
i can not sign up for ebay because i dont put credit cards online, and i am unable to register without that.

so can someone please contact him and tell him to email me.

I have an ebay account and I didn't have to put any credit card info in...I don't even have a credit card. As for my paypal, it's linked up with my bank account.

yes, that is if you have a network email.
mine is hotmail, so it requires it to confirm identity.

Mine is hotmail too. Can't you sign into your email to verify your account once it's made? I made an ebay account that had my hotmail email in it, got the verification email sent to me, then I verified it by clicking on a link in the email.

i think they updated it for better security.

i just tried a second time and it worked fine, no prompt or anything.
the first time, it said it had to call me, then either mail in, or use a credit card.
however i did not get the email, so maybe it just didnt recognize it or something
