Perfect Game --- this is what I would vote for
Hit for the Cycle -- I believe this has occurred more often than the perfect game. As a matter of fact, one occurred just this past 1-2 weeks
4 Homer Game -- not as rare
over 200 yards Rushing in a game -- not as rare
over 400 yards passing in a game -- occurs more frequently since the NFL teams went to a more pass-oriented offense in the 1980s, led by the 49ers
60 yd feild goal -- Jason Elam just did this 1-2 years ago
Triple Double -- probably the most common occurrence amongst the list here. Magic Johnson had over 130 in his career
30 rebounds in a game -- not common, but not rare either
