I'm completely lost when it comes to this thread. I'm in the middle of trading 153 cards to one person for over 100 of his cards. Does that qualify me? hahaha

The basic rules are quite vague. You must trade 20 cards a month.. okay, for what purpose? What do you get? Is it just so you can hold onto a team name or what?

Actually, 20 cards is the minimum number. You can trade as many cards as you have available for a team. In this group, we trade team-for-team, which can be a combination of GU's, autos, inserts, base, and any other memorabilia (i.e. magazines) related to your trade partner.

Anyone else want to jump in and offer advice & encouragement?

I signed up as the A's rep to try to snag some more Andrew Bailey cards that I needed. Others signed up to try to get cards of their favorite players of a certain team, and I think someone also likes getting older cards to bring back memories to the good old days
