    Coolest auto ever! EVER!

We just took a vacation to Cincy and as promised I did no autographing on the trip. My wife was more than happy to tour the Reds HOF with me and my daughters though. The place was great and I would suggest to any baseball fan to take a walk through should they be in the area. It was great to see World Series trophies, rings, gold glove awards, autos all the way back to 1869 with the first professional team ever, statues, game used equipment and displays. I even enjoyed the 30 or so posters signed by the casts from broadway plays that had stayed at the Garfield and they had displayed in their cafe. I would have to say that it was cool to know that Cathy Rigby, Lou Diamond Phillips and many other stars had stayed at the same hotel we had selected, but the coolest auto I had ever heard of was at the Arts Museum. There is a World tour of a Cleopatra exibit and Cincy was the second stop. The artifacts were much more than I expected and it was well worth admission to see the history. My jaw dropped in total amazement to see that they even had a document signed by Cleopatra! How in the world did something like that survive? That my friends has to be the coolest auto that I have ever laid my eyes on! Unfortunately you can not take pictures of the artifacts and I was unable to share it with you. My wife was not shocked that the amazing statues, coins, and even weapons kind of fell away for me when I was in total awe at the fact that something like a Cleopatra autograph even existed! Sould you get a chance to see the exibit I am sure you would love it as well. When you think about the age of that document it even tops the copy of the Declaration of Indepence that is in the Smithsonian for me! What amazing autos have you seen and can you think of any that will rival and autograph from the last Pharoh of Egypt?

I have an original invention design by DaVinci and signed by him... ... don't believe me? Well, then umm...I own a Declaration signed into Roman law by Ceasar. Not buying that either? Anyone, a Julius Ceasar signature would be pretty amazing....

Ha. Anyway, that is a real cool exhibit, glad you enjoyed it.

The arid climate of egypt allows for some documents to survive to the modern day.

This is in contrast to artifacts in Europe (Rome, etc.) where our documents come to us from Middle Ages' manuscripts. Pretty much as part of their training and lives Monks in the middle ages would be forced to copy Latin manuscripts to learn the language. These manuscripts survive to this day, although the vast vast majority of the original documents that they are based off of do not. This obviously does not apply to clay tablets and coins, which often survive.

Anyways that is awesome- the exhibit came to the Franklin Institute in Philly and I missed it. Oh well.
