Their "resolution center" is a joke. Sold a card to a buyer who I'm guessing had buyer's remorse since they contacted me wanting a refund like 3 days after they paid. Provided multiple high res scans of the card to paypal showing it was in pristine condition, e-mails from the buyer saying they would close the dispute if I refunded 1/2 the money, along with some other e-mails the buyer sent me. Still paypal sided in their favor on grounds of "item was not as described" even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Worst part is that it took 6 weeks. It's nice to know as a buyer you're protected, but what about the seller? I mean paypal automatically deducts the price of the item for your account. You'd think someone with over 1,000 transactions and only 1 dispute would be the benefit of the doubt.

Just stupid. Hopefully I can resell it and get close to what I originally sold it for.
