08-09 SP Rookie Threads Auto Redemption question
So, Im thinking about picking up a box of 08-09 SP Rookie Threads but Ive seen a few people who have pulled expired Rose Redemptions lately. My question is does anybody know the rate of live Rose, Westbrook, Love, and Eric Gordon autos compared to redemptions in this set? If Im just going to pull expired redemptions I dont want to buy this product, but the allure of pulling a Rose rc auto is quite tempting. If anybody can help me out Id appreciate it before I decide to drop a huge amount of money on a product that Im going to be dissapointed in, thanks!

I've read a few posts about people buying these and upper deck honoring the expired redemptions. Maybe give upper deck a call and find out for sure if they are doing that. Don't know anything about the rate though.

I just bought a box of those and added up all the bv to be about what I paid for it. Great rookie years and every pack had some nice cards. I think the redemptions are a pretty tough pull though. Odds are better you will pull an actual card. I have heard from a couple here that they are still honoring the redemptions.

Yes the redemptions are still good. I just got a Courtney Lee a couple of weeks ago from UD. It took them a couple of months but I got it.

I got a redemption a month after the expiration date and received no response from them...

Hmm, thanks for the response guys. Im going to have to save up for it so Im more worried about whether they will honor them a year after experation, lol. If redemptions arent too heavy in the set it may be worth it, but I still dont know if the Rose sp rookie auto dual g/u is live in it or not, thats the Rose I keep seeing as a redemption. Obviously Love is because Simi Card pulled it so at least I know that one will be live.

Ya I pulled a Love. Honestly, I don't think the box is worth what it is going for now.
