Horton wasn't watching his pass, he was making sure he would stay onside

Very very late. Hmmmmmmmmm. TSN broke it down frame by frame (from the time Horton pased the puck till he was hit. It took 29 frames, way lesss than a second.
I would like to see any human stop something they started in less than a second. Maybe superman.
And the NHL states any later than 1/2 a second. What a farce!!Collect Crown Royale, OPC & McD

Rome set his feet for the hit after Horton passed the puck. End of story.

The Canucks are going to be remembered as the poster child for losers, even if they win it all. Burrows incident, the Sedins and their continuous fake diving, Rome's late hit, Lapierre's whining, Luongo's pee-wee goaltending. I hope the Bruins turn it into a 1970's goon war and become Gary Bettman's nightmare on ice.
