    I just bought 500 #000 bubble mailers for 36.00 after shipping on ebay. That comes up to about 7 cents per mailer.

    If you don't want to buy in bulk as people have mentioned above, the dollar tree has pretty good deals on them. That's where I get mine at. Last time I got some there they were 4 for a dollar and they were pretty big ones, so you can just cut them in half and it's like getting 8 for a dollar.
