6 months already, nothing about my redemption from Panini
Why took 6 months for the card they already have (when I submitted redemption)? Still have other cards that I hear nothing too.
I really want to try NT this year but with their excellent customer service and outstanding redemption process, I have to reconsider. I will get many redemptions out of NT box and I mayhave to wait 6 months without hearing any progress for the card they already have in hand again.
An exceptional experience...........................
Not any single response from them about update on my cards for more than 3 months now, I think.

OK, I just checked again. They said they gonna ship one of my redemptions out soon. (6 months for the card they already have in hand when I submitted the code) I got response in Jan said that they gonna ship within 4 weeks but you can see that it is June now. They just said gonna ship soon this time. Maybe another 4-5 months?

panini is a joke..i waited 9 months for a redemption then contacted them stating i marked if after 8 months card wasnt available ship replacement...was told to wait 30 days..been waiting for right around 110 days later..bring back upper deck nba licensing lol...atleast upper deck would lie to you and say it was sending something with every damn email response to them...panini just ignores you

Redemptions are for suckers. It's paying good money for absolute frustration. Believe me, I'm one of the biggest suckers of all.

I'm still waiting for my 10-11 Panini Timeless Treasures Material Ink Jsy Drose. It's been 4 months. I've sent a request for a replacement but no response. I'm just hoping I wouldn't wait long to received this card or a replacement.

I hear u man I have redemptions from last September going on 9 months for me now so depressing and the funny thing is just like u said half of my redemptions I have seen listed on eBay already panini is a joke bigger than they can handle...they should worry more about keeping there customers than going at WAR with Upperdeck...no proper business ethics dam A---holes

I'm in the same boat that many of you are in with Panini and them not fulfilling redemptions. I have an Evan Turner auto RC #'ed to 25 that's waiting to be redeemed (from Prestige), and I have now been waiting up to 6 months as well, and yes I did choose the 8-month waiting period. Not a thing has changed on my Panini Redemption account with this particular redemption. I sent a tweet on Twitter to Panini to see if Evan Turner would be signing anytime soon, and of course I've been ignored. I see many auto RCs of Turner on eBay and such, and I'm here wondering why I can't get my card sent to me--unless they're so dumb that they would put the auto'ed stickers on cards from some of their newest-released products from Evan Turner (and other players) instead of the cards that have been out since the beginning of the NBA season waiting to have auto'ed stickers placed on them--but maybe they are just that dumb. I'm just hoping something happens sometime soon so I don't have to go through the agony with Panini to get something back from them--heck I'd probably request a replacement right now if they'd ask me to do so as it would probably be handled better than me actually waiting to get what I'm really owed.
