What is a USA First Class Forever Stamp?
I've gotten many successes through email requesting from the U.S. Some of the envelopes came with the "First Class Forever Stamp" on the envelope free of markings. Does that mean I can reuse them on SASE going to the U.S.? How many stamps does it take to send a single card in a normal sized envelope from the U.S. to Canada?
Thanks

The First Class Forever Stamp was created for when the US PO changes the price to send a first class letter. Right now its .44 cents but if they change the price to say .46 cents, and they will, the stamp you bought @ .44 cents is still good without having to go out and buy .2 cents stamps. I'm not going to say that you should reuse uncancelled stamps but, oh well.
