This strike is an awful development for the hobby. I have equal concern for cards that i'm waiting for an not receiving them and cards that i've sent to the above traders and others not being received.
Go back to work!
I imagine the thread in the hockey forum is more in depth as hockey is easily the most traded sport in Canada.
Overall I'm not impressed!

So the Canadian government passed a back-to-work bill yesterday so mail should hopefully be delivered starting tomorrow (Monday) or Tuesday at the latest. I'll let you guys know more if I hear anything else.

I don't think it will take tooooo long for them to catch up. Once the full lockout hit they completely stopped accepting mail. We couldn't drop things off to send out and people sending mail to Canada couldn't.
What we can probably expect for the next few days once they start accepting mail again are long lines trying to send items out!

sooo, how did people pay their bills if there was no mail being delivered?

pay bills online or go to an actual store/building to pay in person...mostly online
Supposedly, they're taking today to sort everything and tomorrow (Tuesday) to deliver to catch up
