Panini actually sends out redemption???? You have to be kidding me??? I thought they only went in some black hole and disappear same as the money we waste when we pull a Panini redemption.
It would be nice if Panini would actually answer their phone or answer the posts you post on their website. I have been trying to reach them for weeks with zero results.

i have more than 20 cards im waiting on... i dont even pay much attention to it anymore... the excitement is dead just because of the long wait...

Yea thats funny that they cant answer the phone or even post a message in your post section that is almost worthless.I posted something in there more than 2 months ago and still NO response. What a joke. I actually called one day and a lady answered the phone and said she was a receptionist and she would deliver my message to the Manager. Deliver right into the trash can....

Funny story about Panini and Customer Service (for those who are saying the usual about Panini, lol), I actually got a call from the new head of the Customer Service at Panini last night (Teresa) and I was assured that since she took over May 31st they hired on additional people in the customer service department to answer phones. She also said that now the phone lines should always be answered by an actual person instead of the voicemail system. From what I was told now if you call the customer service line you should have no problem getting ahold somebody who can help you out, or at least tell you why they cant send you out whatever it is you have redeemed. Im still a bit skeptical but she did say she would close out my open request and send somthing out today for my troubles (whether it be the cards I redeemed or replacements). Of course take it as you will, but she seemed truly nervous and caught off guard by the number of people who have filed with the BBB against them. Heres to hoping for a change in the way the little guy is treated in this industry, haha!

I actually called today about my replacement that I called 3 weeks ago for and somebody ANSWERED the phone and told me they would send my redemption replacement out no later than Friday.Then he went on to say that one of the cards on this list was going out TODAY... MAybe Ill try and call just for the heck of it tomm to see if somebody will answer if today was just a fluke. LOL

What is that? UD owes me 3 cards from 2009 and 2010, 2 of which I requested replacements on January of this year and the other card I was told to keep waiting. Maybe I should contact the BBB about this so something can be done?

BBB is the better buisness bureau. It could help you if the BBB decides you have a legit complaint. If they decide you do, they will contact the Buisness you filed with and then they have like 2 weeks to contact you. My BBB complaint was for not answering my (multiple) questions or complaints for 4 months, not really about not recieveing my cards yet, but she did say alot of people filed for that reason also.

I think I'm going to contact the BBB about not receiving the 2 cards i requested replacements for on January 4th of this year. I originally redeemed those 2 cards on 2/13/09 and 10/10/09. I called UD on 1/4/11 and they told me I should replace those 2 cards and I agreed to, haven't received anything.
There's also 1 more card which I originally redeemed on 8/18/09 and is a Speights 1/1 auto. black printing plate and the UD representative said I should continue to wait. Maybe I'll just explain the whole story to BBB and see what they tell me. Do you know what their website is to file a report?
