Maybe! Maybe! Jagr may be coming back!!! :D
The talk keeps on coming, but we will see within the next few weeks if he makes a return, and where. From this it looks like Detroit would be his first choice:
Is Jaromir Jagr this summer's Mike Modano???

Detroit Red Wings Blogger • RSS • Archive • CONTACT A report from the Czech Republic overnight claims Jaromir Jagr could be ready for a return to the NHL at the age of 39, with the Detroit Red Wings mentioned as a potential landing spot (along with Montreal, New York Rangers or Pittsburgh).
This article could very well be fabricated from within the Jagr "camp" to gauge some interest through the media on whether some NHL teams he believes are ideal fits for him might take a chance on him.

There is definitely interest in him from a lot of parties. I'd love to see him on a line with Pleks & Cammalleri for a season.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Do the Canadiens have enough cap room for Jagr. I heard he is asking for $6M /year minimum.

Brian, Im really excited about this too. And Im more and more sure that he will come back to NHL for one last show. It doesnt matter which team he choose, or choose him. I just want to see back one last time. I support NY Rangers, but I just hope that he come back. Looks like Detroit is leading the race right now.

Yeah the speculation of him going back to Pittsburgh is likely dead. That's what is pretty much written in this article from yesterday:

And to Rich, I do think one of his best fits would be with the Canadiens. I'm not keen on him going to Detroit. They need more help on defense.
Also to Christian, he is eyeing up contenders, and the Rangers wouldn't be a bad option either.

Presently they've got around $20M in cap space. There's still Markov & Gorges to sign, as well as a backup goalie and the RFA's, but if they want to make it happen they definitely could find a way.

All the reports from his attitude in the locker room are bad, he asks for two stalls in the room and stuff... I just have heard these things...I wonder if he's changed or has an even bigger head now that he's been in the other leagues for so long. Not bashing him per se but I just don't think it would work well.
