Package it up with everything but sealing it.. Make out the one that you will put everything into out to the person that your sending the request to. Take it to the post office and get the correct postage for that one. Make out the other one to yourself and tell the post office worker that this will be coming from the person your sending it to back to you with and you need the correct postage on it as well. Once you have postage on both but the one addressed to you back inside the one that is addressed to the person your requesting and seal it up and mail it off and then the fun part comes then.. WAITING!

So I have to buy 2 big ™™™ envelopes, that sucks. And postage for a hero card coming back to you is like $1.08 correct?

Now that postal rates have gone up, they're gonna run more than $1.08.

But yea, like Tsmoke14fan said, a lot of companies will send you them free if you just shoot them an e-mail asking for one. I've gotten back at least 60 this year from different companies just by sending an e-mail, and even a few came to me autographed.

Assuming you're looking for McMurray's, I didn't have any luck with Bass Pro Shops (others did, all depends on who reads your e-mail I guess lol), but WIDIA sent me a hero card of his, so give them a try.
