Need help with a buyer
I sold two cards to a buyer about 3 weeks ago and shipped them to his adress and name he had posted on SCF. Now a paypal dispute has been opened for the item saying he never recieved the item, however his paypal information has a different name and a different adress that on SCF. I tried contacting the buyer and he hasn't been responding. What should I do?

Do you have DC?
Andrew Bailey Supercollector: 233/263 not including 1/1's (88.6%); 265/466 cards including 1/1's(56.9%)

Sometimes people have a different PayPal address than SCF name (share with wife/husband, etc).
Without having DC, though, you don't really have any back-up.

That's a new one...if the Paypal dispute goes through, you can be all but assured that you'll lose. Without Delivery Confirmation or any type of proof, you're in trouble.

This is an easy decision for PayPal. Like everyone has said, theya re going to side witht the buyer because there is no evidence that you sent the item. I AM NOT saying that you didnlt sent the itme but that is the way they are going to look at it. GL anyway, but your chances are slim.

but another thing is he never opened a claim on SCF, just went straight to paypal and on the day he opened the dispute he said i just want the money back at this point, which probably means he has the cards and wants the money to.

If that is true, then it has happened before. Some people, when they see that DC was not used, say they never received. It stinks, but karma will get them
