Grading with PSA
I have a Patrick Roy RC (OPC) and want to have it graded for 2 reasons: 1. to ensure it's authenticity and 2. it's pretty clean, corners and edges are good too. I don't expect it to get anything over an 8-8.5 or anything.
Anyways, I'm trying to llook up on their site how to submit but it looks like I need to be a member which costs quite a bit of money. Is there a way to just submit one card at the $15 price or is my only choice buying that membership plan which costs something like $150?

BVG will let you do that, but not PSA.
What you might want to consider is that sometimes a local dealer will have a PSA account and can add your give your card to them to be sent to PSA when they send in a bunch to be graded. You take your risk of course, but hopefully the dealer is trustworthy.
If you want to do BGS, SCF is now sending in group lots to take advantage of bulk pricing. Here's the link of the last one that they did:

I'm sure that they'll do some more. Just keep your eyes open.

You can submit one card to PSA for grading at the $15 level. Shipping will be more than that though (I think it's like $17 or something).
This guys videos are pretty good:
