I have a redemption outstanding that has been live for months, ™™™? Can anyone explain? I haven't attempted to contact them based on other collectors experiences

    I'd call about it.

If you get a hold of someone ask to have it shipped out immediately. It worked for me with 4-5 cards that have been live for 6 months. They even sent via fed-ex for faster arrival

That is kinda silly on your part to not contact them if said card has been live for months. They're not going to contact you. If it's live and you haven't gotten yours you should call...

It's insane to purchase a product for 100 plus bucks and then have to CALL them to find out where the card is you already got shorted on in a box. They should call me and tell me where it is, they have the info.

They have 100's of thousands of customers and cannot individually contact each one, that's one reason for the online program. Life/military/business has taught me one thing, you have to look out for yourself because no one else will.

So after sitting on hold with Panini more than once and getting an answering machine I filed a complaint with the BBB on June 28th. July 7th I get a call from Panini to inform me that all my live redemptions are being shipped and offered replacements for anything 8 months or older that aren't in house yet. Looks like the BBB gets things done lol.

It is sad, but its the truth. Same exact thing happened to me. Contact BBB and Panini is your best friend.
