Donruss Customer Service A+++++++
I had sent in some damaged cards to Donruss, their CS Manager called me and we talked for awhile about similarities in their thicker GU cards being dinged up in the same spots. I gave them some good examples and cards that they could give to their QC department. A lot of them were low end cards that they did not have replacements for, so they took a couple names and offered me 2 cards as compensation for my time and damaged cards. So I was expecting to receive 2 Ripken cards which I did, but they sent me 5 cards as a thank you, here they are. I was quite surprised, and thankful for their efforts. I spend a ton of money on boxes, and it is nice to see a company take care of a customer in a fast and generous way.

very nice! dlp has always been the best with customer service....too bad they wont be here next year and well have to deal with crappy topps and even owrse ud

I agree, they were great to work with. I just sent them a Jake Peavy autograph that was dinged up out of the pack, they received it, sent me an email the same day saying they had a replacement and were sending it out the next day.
I also sent them an 05 Absolute GU card that was hammered, I am wondering what they will send as a replacement for it seeing as how it was a nice card, and I highly doubt they will be able to replace it.

who knows....they got a lot of great stuff in their inventory so hopefully theyll send you something just as nice for your dinged absolute card..
