SPx is going to be far more affordable. SP Authentic is always the better product with hard signed RC's, but I guess it depends how much of a factor the $$ is. Plus if you plan on breaking some boxes in order to get what you need, Spx can be found around $100, while SP Authentic is around $140.

If Money was not a factor, I would be digging for SPA as most of the Autos I can probably find relatively inexpensive.
However, with Kane, Toews and Price out there, it makes the job that much harder.
Anymore thoughts?

well there is Series 1 and 2 i think its on the lower end scale of the mid end scale.
Good amount of cards and rookies and Young guns are usually fairly easy to obtain.
If spx is what you are looking for there is also OPC Premier. Auto jersey and the autos are hand sign. Would go great with the OPC set you already put together.
Only hard part would be the base set singles.

it's 07-08 SPx
