A couple of things. I have no problems trading rookies for inserts but I would like to get a little extra in a deal if I was doing that. I checked and do have all of the ones you asked about from me. On the list from your end I did note that 4 of the cards were listed twice:

imok - I like to trade BV for BV. I do not think it is fair for me to send you an extra $40 BV because they are RCs. I understand if you don't want to part with all the APs but the others are no-names for inserts of Jeter, Pujols, etc. If you would like me to propose a new deal let me know but I am not trading down on the Ryans and Mattingly because I do not have that many mid-high end inserts.

REGGIE - I'm not sure where you got that I was asking for $40 extra in trade. As I mentioned with the lot you were offering it had a total value of $163. $27 worth was duplicated so that dropped your end to $136. I asked you to remove 3 other cards which lowered your end to $123. I asked you to include 2 other cards that totalled $55 for a total from your end of $178 - meaning only a $15 difference (not even 10%).
How about trading one of the $25 Ryan cards in the deal. There is a $20 card you want from me so you are not trading down much on it. All but 3 cards from your end book less than $10 so I'm the one who's really trading down more. If you remove the duplicated ones from your end and include one of the $25 Ryans that $163 for you and $161 for me. If you want to keep the higher-valued cards than how about including these other ones for a little extra:
