Tito was and still is a big draw, the guy has been in the UFC for years, even before it became what it is. In his prime, he was an animal, but like Chuck and Randy, his game never fully evolved, so he has problems with younger fighters that are more well rounded. I know a lot of people that hate on Tito because he was losing a lot, but the guy never had an easy fight.

As long as they are fighting, Chuck, Tito and Randy will always be huge draws, theres no doubt. I certainly will not argue that Tito has face top talent. Infact with the exception of Hamill, I think every fight he lost on his losing streak was arguably top 5 talent @ 205. Infact had he not grabbed the fence in the Rashad fight, he would have won that fight.
It doesn't make me understand how people can root him on. He's a blatant liar, and whiner. He acts as if every other fighter comes into their fights 100% and he's the only one that fights injured (and most of the "injuries" he's claimed to fight with in the past are debatable). There's nothing I can't stand less in this sport than guys who won't give credit where credit is due. Tito will never admit that he was out performed, it's always some lame excuse. How can people stand by someone like that?

Anyway to get this thread back on track, I'll talk about my favorite fighter.
Over the years of my MMA following there have been a number of fighters that were my #2, but my #1 has always been the same. Call me a bandwagon fan, I don't care, but my guy has always been Anderson Silva. The fact that he has been able to finish off top grapplers like Dan Henderson and Travis Lutter with relative ease, and come through with some of the nicest KOs in MMA history (Franklin 1 & 2, Tony Fryklund upward elbow KO, Vitor, Irvin and of course the fading away punch on Forrest).
I started crying in round 4 of the Sonnen fight when things looked grim and I cried even more when I saw Sonnen tap. Infact, when I heard the UFC was coming to Toronto I made it my mission, to meet him. Thankfully he made the trip up, and was fantastic when I met him. After waiting 90 minutes in line, I finally got to the front, and when I started to realize it, I started freaking out. When I finally started walking up to him, my mind went blank. All I could do was bow...he laughed and when i reached my hand out to shake his hand he said no. For a split second I was like wth..then he stood up from his seat, and hugged me. He sat back down, signed a photo for me, and took a picture with me.
Even though a lot of people hate the guy because of the Maia fight, it really put me at ease knowing that I was right, he is a nice guy as well as an amazing fighter.

dont know why but for some reason Matt Mitrione, dont let his mind games on TUF fool you, hes a very level headed fighter as you seen him stop top seeded marcus jones, and simply punish Kimbo slice with kick after kick, undefeated in the UFC and steadily climbing the rankings, look for him in a title fight in a year or maybe less

I wouldn't say a year, but if he continues, I could see him in a title fight 18 months to 2 years from now.

Not to hate on Clay, i've enjoyed watching him fight even before he was in the UFC. But ever since he started training at Jackson's he hasn't had the most exciting fights. The Clay N Pray term sums it up. Before that though, he had some awesome fights. Especially his fights with Roger Huerta and Diego Sanchez.
