a redemption
I just submitted a jason richardson Double jersey auto, out of spx and i am wondering if i have a good chance that i wont actually receive that exact card. It says they havent actually got the cards signed so i am a little weary about it. I have only dealt with fleer with redemptions and havent had any trouble. I read all these horror stories about UD and how bad they r at redemptions. Maybe i am over-reacting but i cannot wait to recieve that card.

If you want that exact card, you just wait it out - wait for the player to sign the cards.
If you don't want to wait any more, you contact UD customer service & give them a list of 5 replacement players you would accept. Then they'll send you something on your list.
That's the way it normally works.
(I'm moving this to Basketball too. JRich - the hoopster. Right?)
