Can NASCAR ever be consisted?
I was watching the Racing Hub today and Jimmy Spencer brought this up. Can NASCAR ever be consisted with its scoring? During the Nationwide race at Road America Ron Fellows was giving 2nd place after passing Reed Sorenson when the caution flag came out. The ruling was Fellows did not slow down why the caution flag came out. However, during the Daytona race when the final caution came out Kurt Busch, Brad Keselowski and David Gilliland speed through the wrecks to have a better finish than Junior and Johnson? Isn’t the ruling is the field is frozen when the yellow flag is waved?

Neither did the 3 cars I mention. If you watch the replay you'll see they came through the wreckage at full speed.
