Yeah Mr. Campbell seems to have some days when he is just in a lot of pain, making it hard for him to sign anything. Last year I sent him my topps magic card along with $20 check and my card came back unsigned, but the check had already been cashed. I then wrote back, I explained what had happened in my letter and couple weeks later I had a signed copy of Earl Campbells "Tyler Rose" DVD in my mailbox. Couple days after that Earl Campbells son called me at home and explained that Mr.Campbell had been in very bad shape and wouldn't be able to sign my card for a few months or until he was able to do so. Anyway about three months after that my card showed up nicely signed. The wait was well worth it, he is without doubt one of the greatest of all time.

Thanks for the insight! Didn't know he was in poor health, but cool story man. Yeah I am just happy to have it!

Awesome Cobbs; I love the Score one. It's funny about Tebow how he's such a good guy for the media and whatnot and doesn't have time for his fans, unless they're paying $175 to get his autographs.

I was just gonna say that. I can't even go class without my professor talking about him

I gotta say I disagree man. I've heard nothing but good things about Tebow being fan friendly. I've heard PLENTY of occasions where adults wanted auto's too at Broncos charity events, or wanted to catch a pass from Tim and his security/promoters all said no, but Tim said "as long as everyone stays cool, everyone gets an autograph (or a catch etc.). Many occasions. Just what I've heard. Plus could you even begin to imagine how much mail the guy gets? Just from inspired kids alone, not even asking for autos. Oddly enough he may be the most talked about NFL player of all time (in such a short amount of time).

Agreed, there is NO WAY he could sign all of the thousands of cards he gets a day. The man has a life, and well known anthletes USUALLY don't send back.

    There are exceptions though.

I'm not saying he has to read and respond to every piece of mail he gets...that's asinine. But for all the shows he puts on and acts that he does compared to what I hear and read from other people that aren't completely swimming in Tebowmania, he sure seems like a hypocritical jerk. But that's just my opinion, which I have plenty more of but will save for another time.

Well I have 2 letters out to Tebow. one through Harvey's list and the other through his dad. I did enclose a large MO in each for the Tim Tebow foundation. That is a WORTHY cause so I have NO problem with that. I will let you know if I get my cards back.
